Deadlines

5.1 We are not responsible for your final deadline. We give a clear delivery timescale for each part of our service and in the unlikely event of a delay, we will notify you. 5.2 We will not be liable for delays, errors, or non-performance of services caused by any of our third-party vendors or suppliers.

Cancellation

6.1 In the unlikely event you wish to cancel a job, Louise Consulting will retain a proportion of your initial payment to cover any work already completed. 6.2 Louise Consulting reserves the right to cancel a job for any reason at any time. In this unlikely event we will issue a full refund and there will be no further responsibility on either party.

Disputes

7.1 Any customer who has a dispute must provide reasonable opportunity for Louise Consulting to resolve the issues. 7.2 Our liability under the agreement shall always be limited to the amounts paid by the customer to us. 7.3 In no event shall we be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit. 7.4 If any term or provision of this agreement is illegal or unenforceable, the term will only be removed or reduced to the extent that is necessary to make the agreement legal or enforceable. 7.5 Louise Consulting is incorporated in New Zealand and subject to the justification of the courts of New Zealand only.
